Who we are

Alfred James is a real estate automation consultancy founded by Alfie Turland, based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. If you have any questions about your information, you can contact us at consultations@alfredjamesautomation.co.uk.

What information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this website.

• Consultation questionnaire. Your name, agency, email and, if you provide it, your mobile number. We also record the answers you give about your agency and priorities so we can respond helpfully.
• Instant Photo Edits waitlist. Your name, agency and email, and optionally your mobile number and number of branches.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your consultation request and arrange a video consultation.
• To administer the Instant Photo Edits waitlist and let you know when it becomes available.

We do not add you to any marketing list without asking you first, and we do not sell your information.

How your form submissions are processed

This website is hosted on Netlify, and the forms use Netlify Forms. When you submit a form, your details are processed and stored by Netlify on our behalf so that we can read and respond to your enquiry. You can read more about Netlify at netlify.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to respond to you or to manage the waitlist. You can ask us to provide a copy of your information, or to delete it, at any time by emailing us.
